2022 EASTER HOLIDAY WORKSHOP

WORKSHOPS are $40 each, 2 for $70

CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS ACCEPTED // if you’re booking a few workshops you’re welcome to use your 2021 or 2022 creative kids voucher. If the $100 voucher exceeds workshop costs you will receive a credit for the difference to use for future workshops. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

IF YOU ARE STAYING FOR TWO WORKSHOPS you are welcome to stay in between, please pack a lunch and we will provide snacks. There will be supervision between sessions.

Step 2: If you’re not using a Creative Kids Voucher, please make payment via direct deposit to Claire Harris, BSB: 062 692 ACCOUNT: 4109 3705 and email receipt of payment to createhubriverina@gmail.com

Step 3: I will send a reminder email in the days leading up to the workshop with everything you need to know. If you cannot attend but can give me 24 hours notice, I can offer a credit for a future holiday workshop. Last minute cancelations cannot be refunded unfortunately. I have a COVID SAFE plan in place, will be capping classes and sign in will all occur on the front steps to limit people in the space.

1. ART LOVERS STUDIO TIME with Claire Harris

MONDAY APRIL 11 // 10am-11.30pm // AGES 5-12 // $40

This one is for the kids who love a bit of freedom! We invite you to come and spend some time with us, in a non-structured way. The art room will be open, they will have free reign of art supplies, they can come with a project in mind, or we can work through some ideas with them. A time to chill out, let the creativity flow and have a great time. We will have canvases, paints, craft supplies, mixed media materials and a stack of fun stuff to get messy and experimental with in this session. We will also be on hand to (gently) assist in getting their ideas flowing.

2. ABSTRACT PAINTING with Claire Harris

MONDAY APRIL 11 // 12noon-1.30pm // Ages 5-12 // $40

Who loves bright colours, painting on canvases and generally making a mess?! This one is for you! Each participant will get their very own canvas and through a series of prompts and exploration of tools and mediums (bubble wrap, sticks, old credit cards, ink, pens, paints etc etc.) we will work together to create some beautiful, abstracted works on canvas and paper. We will explore texture and colour and have an awesome time while pushing our creativity to the limit.
