Multicultural Youth Arts Group

STARTTS Wagga and Create Hub Riverina

If you’re a young person in High School, from a Refugee, Migrant or First Nations background and love to draw, paint and get creative, we have a program you’re going to love.

Running fortnightly, the Multicultural Youth Arts Group will commence on Wednesday 27th July, 3.30pm-5.30pm and is open to high school aged students from a multicultural background. The workshops are held at Create Hub Riverina at 10 Chaston Street, Wagga.

Email or text 0405 061 341 if you’d like to register. This is a FREE program supported by Riverina Water.

Over three school terms we will explore:

  • Drawing
  • Watercolour exploration
  • Art Journaling
  • Acrylic Painting
  • Clay
  • Printing techniques
  • Mixed media, and
  • much more!

We will work together every fortnight to develop artworks that will be a part of a public exhibition in 2023.
